When creating the SOLA sun face I drew inspiration from ancient depictions of astrological deities and also my favourite abstract impressionist artists of the twentieth century. The sun in mythology represents the never-ending circle of life and creativity. The SOLA was one of the very first designs I created!
The SOLA sun face pendant is cast from a hand-carved wax original in solid bronze.
Each piece will be struck from the same original mould.
It measures 4cm x 4cm x 0.3cm not including the jump ring.
Attached is a soldered 14K gold filled jump ring (unmarked).

The circumference of the chain is 20" or 51cm.
