CRESCENT MOON Face Necklace
When creating the CRESCENT MOONn face I drew inspiration from ancient depictions of astrological deities and also my favourite abstract impressionist artists of the twentieth century. The sun in mythology represents the feminine energy and cyclical change, as well as eternity.
It was designed to be a companion piece to my THEIA sun face necklace.
The CRESCENT MOON face pendant is cast from a hand-carved wax original in eco sterling silver.
Each piece will be struck from the same original mould, so will look the same as pictured.
It measures 2.5cm x 2.5cm x 0.2cm not including the jump ring.
Attached is a soldered sterling silver jump ring (unmarked).
It comes with a heavier weight sterling silver polo cable chain with spring ring clasp.
The circumference of the chain is 18" or 51cm.
